BlackRock’s Bottomline series was rarely distributed or created for the EMEA market, remaining largely U.S.-centric. They aimed to bring more market-focused content to the region but lacked clarity on production and content development.
Solution
I built strong relationships with the U.S. production team behind Bottomline to develop a plan for EMEA-specific content. I also negotiated a partnership with the London-based broadcast and filming team to produce the videos at no additional cost. Acting as producer and creative director, I managed shoots and often edited the final videos. I implemented and refined a scalable production system with channel managers, DPs, and crew members, supporting internal growth. This initiative led to an 800% increase in video output across the EMEA region.
