Challenge
As the host nation of COP26, the UK government faced the immense task of delivering powerful, accessible, and globally resonant climate communications. The Cabinet Office required a content strategy capable of influencing global stakeholders—from policymakers to the general public—while meeting strict government standards for accuracy, security, and tone.
The challenge was not only to create content that delivered against these objectives, but to do so at scale, at pace, and across platforms with diverse and international audiences.​​​​​​​
Solution
In my role as Senior Producer & Team Lead, I led the development and execution of high-impact digital campaigns that shaped climate discourse on a global stage. I was responsible for the full content lifecycle—from strategic planning and creation through to delivery and performance optimisation.
My focus was on embedding structure, creativity and purpose into every asset we produced, while driving innovation in how we delivered and measured content impact.
